In order to be able to offer targeted and tailor-made solutions in the multi-material sector, the Delta Design Center also uses a 3-axis milling machine. This enables us to mill 2D and complex 3D models from a wide range of materials.
There’s no such thing as impossible!
Thanks to integrated cooling and suction on the workpiece, there are almost no limits to the choice of material and shape. Foams, wood and fiber-based materials in particular can be shaped in this way.
The system is very suitable for producing samples for multi-use applications and works with high precision. Even complicated one-piece patterns can be produced without having to join individual parts by glueing or welding.
