Delta Packaging developed an inner packaging for overseas shipping which, in addition to numerous functional advantages, also makes a significant contribution to increasing efficiency.<\/p>\n

The main requirements for the new packaging solution were: maximum packing density, high stability, corrosion protection, optimum fixation and easy erection of the packaging during the process.<\/p>\n

The Delta Packaging Design Team designed a tray solution that can pack 40 steering columns per load unit. This enabled the required packing density to be exceeded by 25%. In addition, inserted foam holders and the carded tray design ensure faster packaging and problem-free material separation during disposal. Cut-outs in the trays allow the VCI active ingredient to flow out of the anti-corrosion bag. The flat delivery also contributes to very low transport costs. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
